Our meat products are processed in a USDA certified facility under the control of an USDA Inspector, frozen within 24 hours and then stored in our own Walk-in Freezer at -20^o C. 

Our Pure Emu Oil is refined in a specialty refinery for Emu Oil and is certified  by "The American Emu Association" and the inspectors of "The American Oil Chemist's Society" to be of the highest Quality, meeting or exceeding the standards of the American Emu Association.
