| Marinate
1 1/2 lbs cubed Emu Meat overnight, stick on
skewers and broil or barbecue close to the
flame on all sides for a total time of 2 - 3
minutes. |
| Push
your meat pieces close together, so they do
not dry out. |
| If
served with vegetables, put them on separate
skewer, since cooking time is longer (4-5
minutes). Or an other method is to
par-boil your vegies and then mix with meat
on the skewers. |
