Virginia's Finest Trademark Program
| Introduced in 1989. The Virginia's Finest Trademark Program was developed to identify, differentiate and promote top quality Virginia produced and processed agricultural products.
| Since it began, the program has grown to more than 500 participating agricultural product companies.
| Virginia's Finest companies are easily identified by the familiar red and blue "checkmark". The trademark may appear on product packaging, in advertising efforts or as part of point-of-sale signage.
| Participation in the quality based trademark program is voluntary and open to all Virginia agricultural producers that consistently meet specific quality standards.
| Quality standards used in the program are established by industries, agricultural groups and similar representatives and are approved by the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. |
| Emu of Virginia is one of the Virginia companies that are working under the trademark program and is proud to display the identifying "checkmark". |
